Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping Policy 

Our products are preserved with their own natural preservatives versus toxic chemicals, they are made in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Therefore, they may take up to 5-7 business days after you order for them to ship. This does not include weekends or holidays. 

Lost or Missing Packages 

We cannot be held responsible once a package has shipped. This includes lost packages or delays due to Postal Carrier error. If your package has not arrived, please contact me and I will do my best to ensure that you receive your package. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address re-shipment cost is at the customer’s expense. Please be advised that exchange items will not be shipped until the re-shipment fees are paid.

Returns & Refunds

 Due to the nature of the product returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.  

Refunds are not accepted after 24 hours of your purchase time, instead a store credit will be issued.
